Arsen Torosyan

Member of Parliament

about Arsen Torosyan is a Member of National Assembly of Armenia for the 8th convocation. He is a member of “Civil Contract” faction and Standing Committee of European Integration. Previously he held the positions of Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister & Minister of Health of Armenia. Before holding political posts he worked in private, public, non-governmental and international organizations in the sphere of healthcare. He is a medical doctor by education and has narrow specialization in health management and organization.

He is a member of Civil Contract Party and holds a position of Board Member of the party since 2019.
